Exhibitions - Ifö Centre
Ifö Centre is a new cultural centre located at the ancient Iföverken at Lake Ivösjön in Bromölla. There are crafts and artistic work, course and exhibition activities, an Artist-In-Residence programme as well as the opportunity to partake in one of the guided tours.

The House of the Sea Dragon
At the House of the Sea Dragon (Havsdrakarnas Hus) you can see and marvel at what the inhabitants of the Cretaceous Sea have left behind in the form of 80 million year old visiting cards.

Scanisaurus
Scanisaurus is the world's largest stoneware fountain. It is an impressive sculpture created in ceramics of various colours, and it can be seen in Ifö Square in central Bromölla. It represents two Scanisaurus, a male and a female, basking on a rock on the island of Ivön.

Gualöv Church
Gualöv church was built in the Romanesque style, during the first half of the 12th century. The unpretentious exterior hides a richly ornate interior of lime paintings dating back to the 12th century in the middle of the arch of the choir, and with additions from the 1450s.

Bäckaskog Castle
The castle is located on the promontory between Lake Ivösjön and Lake Oppmannasjön. It has a history dating back to the 13th century, when the castle was a monastery. Bäckaskog Castle chapel is included in the grounds. Today, the castle is a hotel, restaurant and conference facility. The castle park includes a herb garden with a variety of herbs and medicinal plants.

Holjeåleden
Holjeåleden is a waterway that extends from Östafors in the north to Lake Ivösjön in the south. You can slowly paddle through untouched nature down in the Holjeån valley, getting the feeling that time stands still. The river runs through the Holjeån valley from Olofström to Lake Ivösjön.

Lilla Kungsleden
The Lilla Kungsleden hiking trail was inaugurated in 1999 by King Carl XVI Gustaf. The trail is 4 km long and starts near the central town of Bromölla, a short distance from Årup Castle. Here there is a parking area, picnic tables and an information board. Lilla Kungsleden, with its castle environment and rushing water, conveys a feeling of grandeur. The trail is especially suitable for hiking.

Iföverken Industrial Museum
Besök gärna Iföverkens Industrimuseum en sommardag. Här samsas industridesign, historia och trädgårsdesign i samma utställning och entusiastiska guider visar dig runt. Utvändigt omges industrimuseet av en vacker trädgård bestående av tre delar. I öster en nordisk del, i mitten finns en kinesisk och runt pråmen en japansk trädgård.

The Humleslingan trail
On the Humleslingan trail you can embark upon a cultural-historical journey in the vicinity of beautiful Lake Ivösjön. Here you will find the country's only hop-drying facility alongside some 30 attractions. During the summer you can visit many diverse exhibitions, in both arts and crafts. There are exhibitions at the Iföverken Industrial Museum, Humletorkan, Bäckaskog Castle and elsewhere. Whether you discover the Humleslingan trail by car, motorcycle, bike or on foot, you will be enthralled by the scenic countryside.

Tosteberga meadows
The reserve is located at Skåne's only archipelago, a moraine coast with islands and reefs. The area is predominantly flat and alternates between open pastures and dense bushes, where hawthorn, blackthorn and rosehip dominate. In the protection of these pungent bushes, there are trees such as hazel, elderberry and wild-orange. The ground is very rocky and well-built stone walls run along the old farming boundaries.

Gudahagen in Näsum
Outside Näsum is Gudahagen, an area that probably has 250 standing stones and a cairn. The origin and function of Gudahagen has not yet been established, but graves from both the Iron Age and Christian times have been found. In folk tradition, Gudahagen is designated as a place of sacrifice or a pagan temple.

Skåneleden
Today, the trail stretching over 100 kilometres, with 80 different day hikes, is one of Sweden's longest and most well-managed hiking trails. Three stages of the Coast to Coast trail (Kust till Kustleden) pass through Bromölla municipality.

Saint Petri church
In the early 1900s, Polish immigrants came to Bromölla, and it is thanks to them that one of Sweden's largest and most beautiful Catholic church buildings exists in Bromölla. Saint Petri Church was designed by architect Carl Rosell, Malmö with the interior decoration is by the artist Gisela Trapp, Helsingborg. The church was inaugurated on 30 July, 1933.

Ivetofta church
The original church in Ivetofta was probably built in the middle of the 12th century, with a nave, choir and apse. The mighty grey stone tower is clad with carved sandstone and has a beautiful round arch freeze with tall corner pillars, it is estimated to have been erected during the 13th century. However, the powerful buttress at the north and the step ends are considerably later. The tower is the best preserved part of the medieval building.

Kjugekull
Kjugekull is at the heart of the Villand county district home community association. A visit to Kjugekull is an exciting outing of discovery for the whole family. It is also somewhere that you can go to when you want to show your long-distance guests a different perspective of Skåne. Right next to the hill that gave the place its name, is the home community's cultural home park.

Ivöstrand sports park
In the sports park there is the opportunity for many different activities such as wakeboard, paddling, outdoor gym, etc. The sports park is located at Ivöstrand, it has been closed to the public for a long period of time. It is Bromölla’s best location, according to many, and it has not been available until now.

Boat rental
At the reception you can rent a boat with or without a motor. There are also canoes for rent.

Cycling
There are many great bike trails around Bromölla. At the reception you can rent a bike and obtain information about the various bike routes.

Böckmans bowling
The bowling alley has 8 Brunswick lanes with the possibility of such activities as corporate bowling, party bowling, exercise bowling, retirement bowling and family bowling. For the smallest in the family, there are fully automatic bumpers (rails) on some of our courses, so that children and adults can play together.
